A CREATE Product · Hospitality Technology
One complete system to run your restaurant, bar, café, pub or takeaway — website, ordering, bookings, payments, gift vouchers and reviews, all in one place. One flat monthly fee, no commission, and everything stays under your control.
The Problem
A booking system. A separate website. A QR ordering tool. A voucher provider. A review platform. Each charges monthly, none of them talk to each other, and the commission platforms take a cut of every single order on top.
And most of it is built for one kind of business. A takeaway gets sold a restaurant platform full of table-booking features it will never use. A pub gets sold a delivery app it doesn't need.
CREATE Tables is different. We're a UK web studio, not a faceless platform — we design your site bespoke, wire up ordering, bookings, payments and reviews the way your venue actually runs, and stay on hand to help. That includes the marketing most platforms ignore: export your customers straight into Mailchimp for email campaigns, and grow a WhatsApp channel so your regulars follow you for events, new menus and offers — not just Facebook and Instagram.
The Product
One install. One monthly relationship. Every module below is built and live today — not on a roadmap.
Front End
A one-of-a-kind site designed for your venue — not a template. Homepage, menus, drinks, private dining, contact, FAQ, all editable yourself with no code. CSV menu import for large menus.
Takeaway
Take orders straight from your own site — no Just Eat, no Deliveroo, no 30% cut. Set delivery fees, minimum orders, free-delivery thresholds and the postcodes you cover. Customers order for ASAP or schedule ahead, and see a live prep-time estimate at checkout.
Dine-In
A QR code per table. Guests order from their phone — or your team takes the order on a tablet order pad, your choice per venue. A "call server" button brings staff over, a split-the-bill helper works out everyone's share, and the floor view shows every table with one-tap cash or card close.
Reservations
Live availability by date and party size — guests only see times that are genuinely free. Optional per-person deposit at booking to stop no-shows, and repeat no-showers are flagged automatically on their next booking. Branded confirmation emails with a secure manage/cancel link.
Reservations
Sunday lunches, office dos, Christmas set menus — larger parties get a link to choose their food ahead of the visit, and your kitchen gets the whole order in advance. Fewer bottlenecks on the night, better prep, happier tables.
Front of House
Full house? Add walk-ins to a live queue with wait times, and the moment a table frees up, one tap emails them "your table is ready". Guests can wander off for a drink instead of hovering at the door — and you keep the booking instead of losing it.
Payments
Inline card payment on the bill and on gift vouchers. Tipping toggle. Optional booking deposit. You connect your own Stripe, Square or SumUp account — money flows directly to you, never through CREATE. Already on Square or SumUp for your card machine? Keep it: online payments land in the same account as your till.
Operations
Every online order lands on a real-time dashboard with an audible alert — accept, reject, mark preparing, ready or out for delivery in one tap. The customer is emailed at each step and follows a live tracking page, so far fewer "where's my order?" calls mid-rush.
Kitchen
Orders print straight to your kitchen or bar ticket printer — dine-in and online alike — with modifiers and special requests on the docket. Works with a standard network printer or a low-cost local bridge; no proprietary hardware to lease.
In Venue
Point any TV or screen at your live menu board — priced, branded and always current. Mark a dish sold out behind the counter and it disappears from the screen (and the online menu) in seconds. No design app, no memory sticks, no out-of-date laminates.
Your Data
Every online customer is saved automatically — contact details, order history and total spend — segmented into regulars, new and lapsed. Yours to keep and market to, exportable to Mailchimp, with one-click GDPR delete. Never rent your own customer list from a platform again.
Retention
Built-in points or stamps that build on every paid order, with the balance shown right in the confirmation email. Turn a first-time takeaway order into a regular — no separate loyalty app to buy or bolt on.
Retention
Your customer list, working for you: pick a group — lapsed, regulars or new — write a message, attach a discount code, send. "We miss you, here's 10% off" to everyone who hasn't ordered in 60 days, in three clicks. Opted-in customers only, one-click unsubscribe, no email platform fees.
Revenue
Full voucher lifecycle: guest buys online, recipient gets a branded email, staff redeem at the till in full or in part. Revenue captured before the visit.
Revenue
Tasting nights, quiz nights, New Year's Eve — sell places straight from your own site with capacity caps, a guest list and door check-in. Paid through your own Stripe, so unlike Eventbrite there's no per-ticket fee taking a slice of every seat.
Promotions
Run %-off or money-off codes with minimum spend, expiry dates and usage limits — sitewide or on a single category or dish. Highlight the current offer in a banner across your ordering page to lift average spend.
Marketing
Capture customer emails on every booking and export them straight into Mailchimp for campaigns. Grow a WhatsApp channel so regulars follow you for events, new menus and offers. Two-way booking alerts, and installs to a phone home screen as an app.
Reputation
Smart star-gating: 4–5★ routes guests to Google, TripAdvisor or Facebook. 1–3★ sends private feedback straight to the manager — never posted publicly.
Compliance
Tag all 14 regulated allergens plus dietary badges — vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free — on every dish. Guests filter the menu to what they can safely eat, and each online order carries a required allergen acknowledgement. Natasha's-Law-ready, with VAT-correct receipts too.
Visibility
Your menu is published as structured data, so Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT can read your dishes, prices and dietary info — increasingly how people decide where to eat. Built-in AEO most template platforms simply don't offer.
Intelligence
Every dish ranked by quantity sold and revenue, from today to 12 months. CSV export and print-ready PDF for management meetings.
Intelligence
Every Monday: "your week in numbers" — revenue through the system, orders, bookings, new customers, review requests sent and your top sellers, straight to your inbox. Plus a nightly cash-up of the day's takings by cash, card and voucher. You always know what your system is earning you.
Bespoke
We're a web studio, not a locked platform. If your venue needs something you can't see on this page — a feature, an integration, a way of working that's yours alone — tell us and we'll build it into your system. That's the whole point of bespoke.

The All-In-One Solution
Other platforms show stock photography of a generic dashboard. Every screen below is the real product, running on our own reference venue right now.

Website & CMS
Homepage, menus, drinks, private dining, contact and FAQ — all editable from a plain-English admin panel. No code, no developer needed for day-to-day changes. CSV import handles large menus in one upload.

Menu Management
Menus, drinks, allergens and sections all live in one structured editor. Update a dish and it's reflected on the website, the QR table menu and the kitchen ticket in the same instant.

QR Table Ordering + POS
Scan the code, browse the real menu, add dishes and drinks. Orders route live to kitchen and bar screens, split by station. Floor view shows every table's running total and closes the bill in one tap — cash, card or gift voucher.

Table Reservations
Guests see real free times before they enter their details — driven by your own service windows, slot capacity and block-out dates. Branded confirmation email includes a secure manage/cancel link, so guests self-serve changes.

Payments & Gift Vouchers
Embedded card payment on the bill and on gift vouchers, with a tipping toggle and optional booking deposit. Vouchers are bought online, delivered by branded email, and redeemed in full or in part at the till.
Business Operations & Reports
A live dashboard shows today's bookings, covers and open tables at a glance. Every dish is ranked by quantity and revenue over any period, with CSV export and print-ready PDF for management meetings.

Online Ordering — Collection & Delivery
Customers order for collection or delivery straight from your website — no Just Eat, no Deliveroo, no 30% cut. Set your delivery fees, minimum order, free-delivery threshold and the postcodes you cover; guests order for ASAP or schedule ahead. Every order hits a live dashboard you accept in one tap, prints to the kitchen, and the customer follows it on a live tracking page.
Talk to us
Restaurant, pub, café or takeaway — tell us how you run service and we'll show you exactly what CREATE Tables would look like for you. A quick chat is the easiest way to see how simple it can be.
Built For Every Kind Of Venue
Most platforms sell every venue the same bloated system. We built ours the other way round: every module is a switch. A sit-down restaurant runs the full floor — tables, bookings, kitchen and bar screens. A takeaway runs online ordering for collection and delivery, live order tracking, payments, loyalty and reviews, with dine-in switched off entirely — no clutter, no confusion for staff, nothing half-built.
Minimal Hardware
CREATE Tables runs in a normal web browser — so it works on a PC, a laptop, an iPad, an Android tablet or any screen with a browser. No proprietary till to lease, no engineer to install it.
For the office, the pass or the front desk
Tap to accept, mark ready or send out
Check orders and takings on the go
Live orders on any browser-capable display
A typical setup
Put one always-on screen or tablet at the pass or in the kitchen showing live orders as they land. Your team taps an iPad or tablet to accept an order, mark it ready or send it out for delivery — and the main screen updates automatically for everyone to see. Add a receipt or ticket printer if you want one; where a setup needs any extra hardware, we'll tell you exactly what you need before you buy anything.
One Supplier. Everything Included.
Most venues piece together a website, a booking system, a QR ordering tool, a voucher provider and a review platform — plus a commission cut on every order. CREATE Tables replaces all of it.
The typical patchwork

That's £32,256/year handed to a third-party platform for orders your own website and QR tables could take directly — at a flat monthly fee instead.

One flat monthly fee — we never take a cut of your orders, bookings or bar takings. Your money goes straight to you.

The Proof, Not A Pitch
The guest side is open for anyone to try: a complete live demo venue where you can browse the menu, order at a table, book and buy exactly as your customers would. The back office — kitchen screens, floor view, the numbers — is what we show you on a 15-minute walkthrough, built around how your venue actually runs.
Restaurant, bar, pub or takeaway — how you run service today, and what's actually frustrating about your current setup.
Your kind of website, live availability booking (if you take reservations), and the ordering flow your guests would actually use.
The dashboard, floor view, kitchen/bar screens or order queue — only the modules relevant to how you operate.
How your payment provider — Stripe, Square or SumUp — pays you directly, how gift vouchers work end to end, and what reporting you'd actually use week to week.
No generic tiers — a price based on what you'll actually use, and what it would take to get you live.
Pricing
A one-off setup fee for your bespoke build, then one flat monthly subscription that covers everything — hosting, maintenance, ongoing development and support. No per-cover fees, and none of the commission the delivery apps take on takeaway orders.

Questions
No. Everything owner-facing — menus, prices, opening hours, pages — is edited from a plain-English admin panel. No code, no developer, no waiting on us for day-to-day changes.
There's a one-off setup fee (£699 for a takeaway, £999 for a restaurant, bar or pub) to design and build your bespoke site, then one flat monthly subscription — from £299/mo for a takeaway and from £399/mo for a full restaurant, bar or pub, all plus VAT. That's the only thing you ever pay us: no per-order fee, no per-cover fee, and none of the 15–30% commission the delivery apps take on every order.
No. Most all-in-one platforms drop you onto the same template every other venue gets. We design your site bespoke, around your brand — that's what the one-off setup fee covers. You still edit all the content yourself afterwards, no code needed.
Yes — it's an option you can switch on or off. Take a small per-person deposit at the point of booking to cut down on no-shows and phantom bookings; it's collected through your own payment account and can be knocked off the final bill on the night. Turn it off any time and bookings stay free to make.
They go straight into your own payment account — Stripe, Square or SumUp, whichever you use (if you already take cards on Square or SumUp, online payments land in the same account as your till). CREATE never holds or touches your money — we're not a payment processor and we never take a slice of a transaction.
Yes. Every module is switched on or off per venue. A takeaway can run online ordering for collection and delivery, live order tracking, payments, loyalty, vouchers and reviews — with dine-in tables and bookings switched off entirely. Nothing half-built, nothing you don't need cluttering the admin.
No long lock-in — it's a monthly subscription you can leave with notice. The whole point of the platform is freedom from commission-platform lock-in: your data and your customer relationships always stay yours.
Very little. The whole system runs in a normal web browser, so it works on the devices you probably already have — a PC, a laptop, an iPad, an Android tablet, or any screen with a web browser. Nothing proprietary to lease.
A typical setup is one always-on screen or tablet in the kitchen or pass showing live orders as they come in, and an iPad or tablet the team taps to accept, mark ready or send out for delivery — that instantly updates the main screen for everyone to see. Some venues add a receipt/ticket printer or a dedicated kitchen display; where a setup needs extra hardware like that, we'll spec exactly what you need before you buy anything.
Yes — the guest side is open right now at our live demo venue: browse the menu, order at a table, make a booking, exactly as your customers would. For the back office — kitchen screens, floor view, reporting — book a 15-minute walkthrough and we'll show you the parts that matter to your venue.

We'd rather have a proper conversation than throw a demo at you cold. Tell us a bit about your restaurant, bar, pub or takeaway and what's actually frustrating about how you run things today — we'll come back with something specific, not a script.
